- Order Processing
At i-Tech, we aim to dispatch all customer orders promptly and securely.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If we experience a high volume of orders or require verification for your payment or delivery address, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified immediately of any delay.

- Packaging & Handling
All products are securely packed to ensure safe transit. For environmentally responsible operations, i-Tech uses recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
- Delivery Issues & Damages
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and contents.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@itechgroups.co.uk with your order number and photos.
We will open an investigation with the courier and provide a suitable resolution or replacement depending on the case.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
i-Tech cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Occasionally, deliveries may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, or strikes). We will always notify customers of any anticipated delay and work to resolve the issue promptly.
